Professional reliability
When you contact us you will be liaising with Room For Improvement Pty Ltd’s Director, Chris Hunt. He will discuss your requirements with you and come out to site to meet you. Chris will be with you every step of the way to answer any questions. Chris and his team will carry out the work themselves to ensure the high end finish you rightly expect.
We do not send a salesperson or designer who may have no knowledge of the construction process to your home, Chris comes – along with his expertise and advice.
And when we say we will be there, we will be. No waiting around for someone to show up! We know your time is valuable.

Low stress with no surprises
We make our quotes clear so you know exactly what you are getting. We always aim to have no unforeseen costs (though sometimes the unexpected does come up!). We do not intentionally leave out part of the works to stay within budget then let you know when the project has already commenced.
With the fixtures and fixtures – you sign off on everything. However, you can choose how hands-on you want to be in the selection process. You can choose everything yourself or you can leave it to our expertise.
We also know that, in many cases, you are still living in the home so we ensure that when we leave at the end of the day everything is left as clean and tidy as possible.
